An introduction and case history are provided that highlight the integration with predictive maintenance technology into modern CMMS and EAM systems.

 

The financial benefits derived from predictive maintenance technology integration into modern CMMS and EAM systems are substantial. Key benefits are field requests that are based on the asset's condition and not by pre-configured time schedules. End users are interacting more with mobile devises to collect data and not entering data by hand on a desktop PC. With an integrated computer platform, less capital resources are spent on software licensing along with less IT infrastructure management.
