I hope this letter finds you well and safely working. Just thought I would write you a little note to tell you how much I enjoyed your training class. Learning from someone that has as much enthusiasm and knowledge about a subject as you do makes it much easier to learn. I brought back my unit and started an air leak survey and let me tell you it was an eye opening experience. If my bosses will let me I will send you a copy of my april spreadsheet and keep in mind i only surveyed about 16 hours and this is what I found leaking. I’m sure there are smaller leaks that I’m simply missing because there are leaks so big around them I can’t hear them. I’ll soon be implementing an electrical survey for our electrical team so I may need some advice from you from time to time. Again it was a real pleasure being in your training class. I hope we get to work together a some point in the future until then take care of yourself.

Hey Debra, Brett Mills my back up, he and his supervisor took the Ultra Sonic meter and did as we talked about and did an inspection on the RTO unit that we discussed and found the gas leak that our gas company claims to not be able to find. Brett told me that when he located the leak it was 49.5 decibels at 60 A and after repair it was 20 decibels at 60 A which is what the reading was in the cabinet. It has certainly opened a few eyes around here on how nice this equipment is. He told me that all it he did was tighten some loose bolts in a flange. Though you would like to know things went real well. High 5 to yah!!!!!!!!

I continue to be amazed at the capabilities the SDT has added to our preventative maintenance program. We are significantly reducing our air losses and spotting problems long before our thermal camera is picking them up. I look forward to a long working relationship with you and your company.
